This document was put together to fill a need which came from both clients and web developers. It is intended to help breach the divide which often exists between the two at the outset. Misunderstandings about what is needed and what is wanted. This can lead to a bad start and eventual collapse of the working relationship. This is an area Point Concept does a great deal of work to help reach resolutions and get things back on track.
